Returns and refunds
We accept returns. We provide a 30-calendar-day return policy (shown by the delivery information) after you receive the goods.
Please tell us your order number, describe the problem with the product, and provide us with pictures that show the problem.
Our customer service department will reply to you within 24 hours of working days and 48 hours of non-working days after receiving the email.
Please do not return your product directly to the address on the package you received. The return address provided by our customer service is the only valid one! Any return or exchange is only valid after acceptance by our customer service department. The return must be sent within 7 days from the date you receive the return instructions. Late returns are not accepted.

For personal reasons, such as dislike/not suitable for return, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Order cancellation request
Please send the request within 24 hours after placing the order. If the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit line will be automatically deducted from your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

* Once your refund is approved, your PayPal account or credit card will receive a refund from us (Within 7 Working days).
* If you still have not received a refund, please check your account number or contact your credit card bank account. It may take several business days for your credit card account to announce your refund details.

Delayed or lost refund
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds. If you have completed all these operations but still haven’t received a refund, please contact us via email.
